Shipping time depends on your location. UK orders placed before 4pm will be delivered within 7-9 days, Group B countries within 12-16 days, Group C within 9-14 days, and Group D within 21-26 days. Note: these transit times are estimates and may vary.

Return Policy
JAKIR LTD will gladly accept and issue a refund to the original form of payment. Items to be returned or exchanged must be returned in perfect, unworn, new condition, unopened with all original tags attached. Under garments such as JAKIR socks and JAKIR boxer briefs cannot be returned or exchanged if they have been removed from their original packaging. You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to request a return through our contact form found on our website. Note: that you must ship the item back to us within 14 days of your return request being approved. Packages sent without contacting us beforehand will not be accepted for a refund.
For any returned items, you are responsible for the cost of returning the item. Make sure to use a reputable shipping company with tracking information or proof of postage, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Items purchased online may not be returned or exchanged in person at any JAKIR store location.
Custom duties and export VAT
Standard UK VAT rate is charged to all orders within the European Union. This is included in the prices displayed on the site. For countries that are outside EU, VAT will be removed from the total of your order at the checkout stage. Please note that for those countries, you will be liable to pay the country's VAT as well as any relevant import duties. JAKIR assumes no responsibility in those packages held in customs if those charges are not settled by the customer.
